A little history: The legend wants that thyme, or farigoule, was born from the tears of the Beautiful Helene. In Provence, one knows all kinds of virtues to him. It is used as spices and is drunk out of infusion… the property is completely invaded by it, a strong thyme which scents the neighbourhoods.
